You've already scheduled the pickup of your package, printed the necessary documents, and your package is on its way.
Great! Now you can track its journey at any time.
Here's how you do it:
- Locate the menu icon at the top left corner of your screen and click on it. In the dropdown menu, select "Follow up > Quotations & Shipments".
- On the Shipments tab, identify the one you wish to track.
- In the "Actions" column on the right side of the screen, click on the tracking icon corresponding to the shipment you want to monitor.
As shown below, you can track your shipment in the simplified manner, but also access the Tracking Timeline, which allows you to monitor the entire journey of the order directly within the platform without having to visit the carrier’s website.
