Scheduling the collection of your package is quick and straightforward, as indicated by these steps:
Access Your Shipments:

Go to the main menu in the upper left corner of your screen and select “Accompany > Quotations & Shipments”.

On the Shipments tab, you will find a list of all the shipments you have created.

If the AWB (Air Waybill) column still shows a value of zero, it means the payment is currently being processed. It may take a few minutes for the information to update.

Select the shipment for which you want to schedule the collection.
Schedule the Collection:

In the “Actions” column on the right side of the screen, click on the calendar icon.

Choose a date for a carrier representative to pick up the package from your warehouse distribution center.

If necessary, add specific instructions for the carrier.

Click on “Make Scheduling” and you're done!
Remember:
- For a smooth collection, make sure you have the necessary documents at hand.
- If your postal code does not have a collection service available, contact us to explore redirection options.
- Some carriers only allow you to schedule pickups for the next business day.
- Depending on the sender's location, the collection might occur up to 72 hours after the selected date.
- An adult must be available to hand over the package to the carrier representative, along with the printed documents.
- Carriers do not pick up packages on holidays or weekends. Collections are performed during business hours (between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM).
