What to Do if the Package is Not Collected?

It's important to note that in some circumstances, the carrier may take up to 3 business days to reach your distribution center.

However, if after 3 business days they still haven't come to collect your package, we recommend contacting our team and providing your shipment tracking number (AWB).

We will contact the carrier to understand why your packages haven't been collected and arrange a new collection date.
