The Quotations tab allows you to view all the quotations you've created on your profile.
To access it, simply click on the menu icon in the top left corner of your screen and select "Accompany > Quotations & Shipments".
On the Quotes tab, each quotation is clearly displayed, making it easy to identify and manage.
At the top of the Quotes table, you can search for a quotation by its description, or by clicking on "Filter", by its ID number, creation date, or country of origin or destination.
Explore Each Column:
- ID: Unique identifier for each quotation.
- Date: Date and time the quotation was created.
- Description: Customizable field to identify the quotation.
- Origin: Country of the shipment's sender.
- Destiny: Country where the shipment's recipient is located.
- Boxes Quantity: Indicates the quantity of boxes included in the quotation.
- Quantity Items: Indicates the quantity of items included in the quotation.
Manage Your Quotations in the Actions Column:
1. Details Icon:
When clicking on the first icon under the Actions Column, you will have access to all the detailed information about the quotation.
You have the option to send the quotation to your client's email with a single click on the paper airplane icon in the top right corner of the screen.
You can also view shipment information, origin and destination countries, dimensions, weight, insurance options, and shipping rates for each carrier.
To proceed with the shipment, simply choose your preferred carrier at the bottom of the page and click on "Select":
2. Requote Icon:
Do you need to create a quotation similar to an existing one? Under the Actions column, you'll find an icon on the right that allows you to easily clone or redo the quotation.
If the shipment is the same in terms of dimensions and weight, simply click on the icon and the quotation is automatically redone, saving time and effort!
