Managing your shipments with clarity and efficiency is essential for maintaining both financial and operational control of your business. With that in mind, ShipSmart has launched Transaction Reports: a tool that gives you a complete overview of all your activity within the platform.
In this article, you'll learn how to access, use, and get the most out of this feature, whether you need a detailed or simplified version.
What are the Transaction Reports?
Transaction Reports are documents generated directly from ShipSmart's platform that provide comprehensive information about your shipments, payments, statuses, dates, and other key data related to your logistics operations.
This feature was designed to:
- Provide transparency over your logistics transactions
- Make it easier to track costs and perform financial reconciliation
