Use Filters, Columns, and Multiple Actions to Manage Your Shipments

Quickly find the information you need, display only the most relevant data, and apply bulk actions directly on the ShipSmart platform using filters, customizable columns, and multiple actions.

Where to Find These Features

1. Open the menu in the top-left corner of the screen and click on “Follow up > Quotations & Shipments”.

   

2. On the right-hand side of the screen, above the table of Shipments, Quotes, and Incomplete (Drafts), you'll find the following options:

3. Click the desired option to configure it according to your needs.

Filters: Find Your Shipments with Precision

Filters help you quickly locate specific shipments, even in large volumes of data. Use them to narrow your search based on different criteria:

• Shipment status: pending, in transit, delivered, etc.
• Payment status: paid, pending, or with outstanding issues.
• Shipment ID or AWB: search by a specific code.
• Sales Number or Sales Channel: filter by order number or the sales channel used.

You can combine multiple filters to find exactly what you need without manually scrolling through the entire list.

Columns: Customize How Data Is Displayed on the Platform

The platform's default visualisation can be tailored to show only the data that matters most to your operation.

With the Columns option, you can:

• Enable or hide columns on the screen, removing information that isn’t relevant to you;
• Reorder columns by dragging them into the desired position.

This customization makes navigation smoother and helps your team focus on what truly matters.

Multiple Actions: Speed Up Task Execution

Need to process multiple shipments at once? With multiple actions, you can select several shipments and apply a single action to all of them in just a few clicks.

Main actions include:

• Generate PDF documents (labels, invoices, etc.);
• Generate ZPL documents (ideal format for thermal printers);
• Track multiple shipments simultaneously;
• Cancel shipments in bulk, without opening each one individually.

This feature is perfect for operations that handle a high volume of orders and need to be more swift in their day-to-day performance.
