In addition to importing your standard boxes and recurring items, subscribers of Growth Ship and Super Ship plans can also register their customers' addresses. These tools are designed to optimize your time and facilitate the shipping process of your packages.
Here's how you register your customers' addresses:
1. Access the address management menu
Click on the menu icon at the top left corner of your screen and select “Manage > Addresses”.
2. Explore registered addresses:
On this page, you'll find an overview of the addresses you've already registered (if any). In the "Actions" column, you can edit or delete addresses as needed.
To register a new address, click on "Add".
3. Add your customer's address:
In the registration form, you need to fill out the following fields:
- Description: Brief description of the customer, store, or location associated with this address.
- Name and email: Of the recipient.
- Type: Is it an individual or a business?
- Country and address: Of the recipient.
- Federal Tax ID: If available, provide the recipient's personal identification number if it's an individual, or the company's tax registration if it's a business.
Once the fields are completed, click on "Add" to add the address to the system.
And that's it! When obtaining a quote, you can add the description of the registered address as indicated below, and you won't need to fill in the recipient's details again.
