Now that you have imported your standard boxes, you can also import the items from each box to further optimize the shipping process.
Learn how to import your recurring items:
1. Access the item management menu
Click on the menu icon at the top left corner of your screen and select “Manage > Items > Items”.
2. Explore your registered items:
On this page, you will find an overview of the items you have already added to the system (if any). In the "Actions" column, you can edit or delete items as needed.
To register a new item, click on "Add".
3. Add an item manually:
In the manual entry, you must complete the following fields:
- Box Code: Choose the previously registered box where this product is typically shipped.
- SKU: Learn what SKU is and how to use it
- Product Name: Always in English.
- Description: Brief description of the item.
- Country of Origin: Where the product was manufactured.
- Product Category: Select category of the product you are shipping. If you do not find your category in the list, choose "Other" and enter the first 6 digits of your product's HS code in the HSCODE field.
- Product Dimensions: Width, height, and depth. Must match the dimensions of the box where the product will be shipped.
- Weight: Product weight. Must match the weight of the box where the product will be shipped.
- Groupable: Indicates if the product can be grouped into the same box with other products.
Once you have completed the fields, click on "Add" to add the product to the system.
And that's it! When creating shipments, as you add the items, simply type the name of the imported item and the remaining details will be automatically filled in.
By combining the import of standard boxes with the import of recurring items, you can significantly optimize your shipping process, saving time and effort. Take advantage of these features to streamline your operations and improve your business efficiency.
