This article will help you complete the shipping process if you are doing it as an individual.
Once you follow the general instructions to create your shipment, you will see the following screen:

The sender's information (your details) is automatically filled in, but you can modify it if you wish.
Then, there are only 3 steps left to finalize:
1. Complete the recipient's information
Select "Individual" or “Business” and enter the recipient's name, email, and phone number.
If you have it, provide the personal identification number in the "Federal Tax ID" field. Remember, these fields are optional!

2. Specify the the shipment's purpose
Specify the type of shipment and include the invoice details if you wish.
Note that the invoice is optional for shipments between individuals. For these cases, an individual's declaration is automatically generated and must be signed by the sender.

If you want to save the address for future use, you can click on "Save Address" and give it a name. This way, you won't have to fill it out every time you create a shipment!
3. Complete your shipment
See a detailed summary of your shipment and proceed with the payment.

Once the payment is completed, you will be able to access the documentation, schedule the pickup of the package and track your shipment.
