The integration between ShipSmart and the Amazon and eBay marketplaces automates your store's international shipping process, making logistics operations more efficient and simplified.

Business Account on ShipSmart

To begin, create a business account on ShipSmart, which will allow you access to the panel and start the integration process.

App Installation and Automatic Setup

After creating your business account, install the ShipSmart app directly on the Amazon or eBay platform.

Click here to install the app.

From this point, the ShipSmart team will handle the remainder of the setup and configuration to ensure complete integration. Once setup is complete, your store’s shipping process will be automated, allowing for efficient management of international orders.

Product and Box Registration

Products and their respective HS Codes, as well as standard box sizes, should be registered directly in the ShipSmart panel.

Order Integration and Synchronization

Orders between ShipSmart and eBay sync automatically within 4 hours of the order creation on the platform. For Amazon, the integration process is also automated and follows the same standard.

Completing Missing Information for Shipments

If an order has incomplete information, the shipment cannot be completed until the missing data is added.

To complete information for a draft order in the ShipSmart panel, follow these steps:

1. In the ShipSmart dashboard, go to Menu > Follow up > Quotations & Shipments.

   

2. Go to the Incomplete (Drafts) tab.

   

3. Find the draft order and click on “Edit Draft,” it is represented by the pen icon indicated above.

   

4. In the editing screen, add the missing data, such as the invoice key, for example.

   

5. After adding the information, click on “Edit Draft (Editar rascunho)” to complete.
