Business Account on ShipSmart
To proceed with the integration, you need to create a business account on ShipSmart, which allows access to the panel and the necessary configuration.

- Account Activation: After creating the account, activate it using the link sent by the email from mastermailer@shipsmart.com.br.
Providing the Integration Key
After creating the business account, ShipSmart will provide the integration key (account token). This token should be shared with the marketplace integration team (F1 or Anymarket) so they can proceed with the setup process.
Important: The integration key is sent to the ShipSmart user, who is responsible for forwarding it to the relevant marketplace team to initiate the integration.
Product Registration
In the integration with F1 and Anymarket, there is no need to register products directly on ShipSmart. For F1, all necessary data for integration is registered directly in their system, which operates as a hub and syncs the information with the marketplace.
Status Updates
ShipSmart automatically updates the order status in the marketplace, ensuring that customers receive accurate tracking information and status updates for their orders.
