Create the ShipSmart Access on VTEX

We recommend that you create a user with admin permissions on your VTEX account to go ahead with the integration. This will allow the ShipSmart team to make the necessary configurations for your store.

Creating the User with Owner Profile on VTEX

1. Access User Management

In the VTEX Admin:

• Click on your profile avatar (email initial) and select Account Settings > Users.

2. Create a New User

To grant access to the ShipSmart team:

1. Click the “+ New (+ Novo)” button in the upper right corner.

2. In the email field, enter [e-mail].

   

3. Click on “+ Add Roles” and select the Owner (Admin Super) role.

   

4. Confirm the selection and click on Save.

This process provides the ShipSmart team with the necessary access to configure the integration. Once saved, you should receive an email to set your access password.
