Set Up Your Preferences

At ShipSmart, you can customize your shipping preferences for a more efficient process each time you create a shipment.

Locate the menu icon in the upper left corner of your screen and click on it. In the dropdown menu, go to “Set Up > Presets”.

You will be directed to the presets page, as shown below.

Review the options below and refer to the corresponding article to learn how to configure them.

Invoice

Customize the information that appears on your invoices, including the shipping and insurance value, buyer's details, and currency.

Set the default shipping price in the checkout process of your online store to show the fastest or the most economical option.

Predefine your shipping information, such as the sales channel, shipping address, tax responsibility, quotation and payment currencies, insurance, home delivery, and whether the packages can be stacked.
