The Association Code allows you to centrally manage your company's shipments and grant platform access to different team members.
When creating an account for your business or to be a partner, you will only need to add the Association Code if you receive it from a manager or main account.
How does it work?
- Main Account: A main account is created on ShipSmart, either as a partner account or for your business. This account will have administrative control over shipments on the platform.
- Assigning the Association Code: The main account generates an Association Code. This code is distributed to team members who need access to ShipSmart.
- User Association: During registration, team members enter the Association Code provided by the main account. This automatically links their individual accounts to the main account.
- Access and Management: Once associated, the main account will be able to access resources and data related to the shipments of the associated accounts.
How to access my Association Code?
If you have a manager account or a main account, you will find your Association Code by clicking on the ShipSmart logo in the top right corner of your screen, then go to "Profile (Account)".
Once there, you will be able to see your profile details, including your Association Code.
