How to Add a Channel or Campaign in ShipSmart?
Simply access your ShipSmart profile and go to the menu located at the top left corner of your screen. Then, click on “Manage > Channels and Campaigns”.
This will take you to the page for managing your Channels and Campaigns:
Click on “Add” to include a new Channel or Campaign.
Finally, enter the corresponding name and click “Add” to finish.
How to Indicate the Channel and Campaign for Your Shipments?
When you are creating a shipment, on the payment setup screen, you will find the option to select the Channel or Campaign that corresponds to your sale.
